Submit a Case

For all case submissions,

2. Add your case name, shade and any associated photos to your trello board.

To ensure a smooth process for your veneers, we require the following:

1. DSD file or accepted design of provisional teeth

2. Photos of the temporary teeth

3. a photo of the preparations

4. STL and PLY files of the preparations.

Providing these materials will help us deliver the highest quality results that you can trust. Thank you for your cooperation!

Turnaround Times

All cases carry a 10 day turnaround time from design approval.

Urgent cases can be performed in 7 days, at a surcharge.
